Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga

Not only does Yoga benefit the body as an adult, kids can also develop an array of skills that are utilized in activities of daily living.

Yoga promotes physical strength because kids learn to use all of their muscles in new ways. Whether a pose is done standing, sitting, or lying down, each one can challenge various muscle groups while helping a child become aware of his body and how it efficiently functions.

Yoga helps to instill confidence and to bring learning to children on an experiential level.

Check out our “Just for Kids” schedule on the group exercise schedule for class times. “Just for Kids” is intended for ages 4-12 to enhance your child’s capabilities.

Parental involvement is encouraged, but not required.
