This commitment to healthy living by each of our members is encouraged by our staff and volunteers. We offer a full suite of exercise classes, equipment, and support to help reach your goals.

Child Watch

Bring your child to the Y while you work out and have the peace of mind necessary to focus on your fitness! Our member child care is staffed by qualified, nurturing adults who will engage your child with fun activities in a safe and positive environment. Time limit depends on age of child.

Ages: 6 weeks to 10 years

Monday – Friday    8:00am – 12:30 pm
Monday – Thursday    5:00pm – 7:30 pm
Saturday    9:00am – 11:00 am

Zumbatomic

Zumbatomic

Zumbatomic  is a class that incorporates rhythm reviews, dance choreography, games, and performance to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits as well as develop leadership, respect, team work, pride, confidence, and responsibility. It will also help with coordination, balance, discipline, memory, and creativity. All with songs, dances, and moves that are 100% kid-friendly.

 Tuesdays

Group Exercise is a great way to keep your routine exciting.  Turbo Kick, Zumba, Spin, HIIT, Tone it Up!, Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, SilverSneakers and numerous other enjoyable group classes give you the chance to maximize your workout potential in a fun group class.

Ages: 12-15

Somewhere between becoming an adult and being a kid, a teen is discovering who they are and who they want to be.  At the Y, we know teenagers will rise to meet set expectations, so when it comes to healthy living, we set our expectations high.  Twin Rivers Y Health & Wellness personal training staff values our teens’ individuality and use this one time Teen Certification program to guide them toward becoming responsible in their health habits and in their use of the Cardio & Resistance Machine rooms.

Personal Training

Personal Training

YMCA Personal Trainers are trained and certified to provide you with safe and effective workouts.  Your personal trainer will develop a workout program specifically designed to help you attain your fitness goals.

Leave the attached Participants Interest form (Personal Training Form) at the service desk.  Within a week from receiving your interest form, a YMCA Personal Trainer will contact you to answer all your questions and schedule your first personal training session.
