Child Watch
Bring your child to the Y while you work out and have the peace of mind necessary to focus on your fitness! Our member child care is staffed by qualified, nurturing adults who will engage your child with fun activities in a safe and positive environment. Time limit depends on age of child.
Ages: 6 weeks to 10 years

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 12:30 pm
Monday – Thursday 5:00pm – 7:30 pm

Fit-N-Focused
Our new Fit-N-Focused class, taught by personal trainer and group exercise instructor Kira O’Donnell, is a full body workout designed to increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Both Rookies & Veterans: Designed to meet the needs of both new & advanced participants, this program is tailored and modified to ensure each individual gets a full body workout. *Nutrition guide included*
Fit-N-Focused Rookies and Veterans:
T/TH- 11am—12pm ($119)
Bear Fit
This will rock your world! Get strong & fit with this strength based, moderate to high intensity program.
Rookies Only: Designed to teach workout fundamentals. This low to moderate intensity program will improve your mobility, balance, and strength.
Veterans Only: This supercharged program is for our program proven veterans.
Bear Fit Rookies:

Bunco
Active Older Adults: Want a little more fun added to your Tuesdays? Come join us every Second Tuesday of the month to play the game Bunco.We will socialize and learn the fun and exciting game Bunco.Intended for Active Adults with little to no play experience.Canned goods are asked instead of a fee for donations to RCS.
Coffee and light refreshments will be available.

When: Every second Tuesday of the month at 9:00 -10:00 am Beginning January 10, 2012

We know that sometimes it’s hard to take the first steps in becoming healthier. That’s why we’re here for you, every day, to give you the extra motivation and guidance that you need. Our personal trainers can help you with weight loss and management, body toning, sport specific training, injury prevention and general conditioning, plus helping develop and reaching your goals for a healthier you!
What does a Personal Trainer do?
YMCA Personal trainers are trained and certified to provide you with safe and productive workouts. We specialize in developing a workout program specifically designed to help you attain your fitness goals.
How do I get started?
Fill out a Participants Interest form at the front desk. Within a week from receiving your interest form, a YMCA Personal Trainer will contact you to answer all your questions and schedule your first personal training session.
One Session: $25
Package of 10 Sessions: $210
Package of 20 Sessions: $400
Group Exercise
Ages: 16 and Up
Group Exercise is a great way to keep your routine exciting. Turbo-Kick, Zumba, Spin, Body Sculpting, Pilates, Yoga, and numerous other enjoyable group classes give you the chance to maximize your workout potential in a fun group class.
Cost: Free to all members

Teen Certification
Ages: 12-15
Somewhere between becoming an adult and being a kid, a teen is discovering who they are and who they want to be. As the Y, we know that teenagers will rise to meet expectations set for them, so when it comes to healthy living, we set our expectations high. Twin Rivers Y Health & Wellness personal training staff values our teens’ individuality and use this one time Teen Certification program to guide them toward becoming responsible in their health habits and in their use of the Cardio & Resistance Machine rooms.

Family Yoga
Ages: all ages welcome!
We believe that families that stay active together will benefit from a healthier lifestyle. Family Yoga is held once a month for all ages. From preschool all the way up to our active older adults are welcome to join in and benefit from yoga together.
Personal Training
Ages: 18 and up
Motivation and accountability are at the core of personal training. Certified trainers are instructors who stand beside you at every physical challenge, encouraging you to try your hardest and keeping you on track. Through personal attention and expert advice, a trainer designs a progressive plan to help you achieve maximum results and avoid injury.
