AT HOME:
- Body Weight Circuit
- Push-up Challenge
FAMILY FRIENDLY:
IN-PERSON AT THE TWIN RIVERS YMCA:
- Group Exercise Class
- Aqua Aerobics Class
- Swim Laps in one of our pools
- Fitness Center – 20 minute rotation (Cardio and/or Strength Equipment)
- Walk/Jog on Indoor or Outdoor Track
