Serving up HOPE: Pickleball Tournament for Parkinson's Awareness


Date: May 20th & May 21st
Time: 8 AM - 6 PM

Join in the fun and register today for Serving up HOPE: Pickleball Tournament for Parkinson's Awareness! One-hundred percent of proceeds will directly benefit community members with Parkinson's and other health needs by generating awareness and providing services through two local nonprofit organizations - The Bike Box Project and the Twin Rivers YMCA. From Pickleball Pros to those playing "just for fun," EVERYONE is welcome. 

Tournament Format: Open Doubles Tournament. Teams will register as partners (one registration per team) and will self-select their skill level. Division brackets will be made based on skill levels defined below and teams will play double-elimination with a two (2) game guarantee. Winners will be determined for each bracket and awards will be presented on Sunday for 1st and 2nd place winners. Time and location of play for each team will be sent via email prior to the tournament weekend.

"The Sweet Pickle" award will go to the team with the most team spirit! Show your team spirit with crazy costumes, custom team shirts, creative team names, etc. 


Location: Each division will be hosted at one of the following four locations: Twin Rivers YMCA (Indoors); Cottle Park (Outdoors); West New Bern (Outdoors); or Carolina Colours (Outdoors)

Age: 14+

Division Levels: <2.5 Beginners
                            3.0 Intermediate
                            3.5 Advanced
                            4.0+ Expert
