STAYING FOCUSED ON HEALTH

The Y is a place where people improve their physical well-being, but, for many people, the Y is also an essential source of community, family support, and more.

For that reason, we don’t take lightly any decision to suspend or cancel programs or services. We carefully consider how those decisions affect our members’ lives—including their families, their ability to work and their sense of community—and we do our best to give you access to your Y in all circumstances.

The Twin Rivers YMCA & New River YMCA have resources our members can access to support their health and wellness while our facility is temporarily closed. These workouts will enable families to exercise together from home and keep up with healthy habits in a time when our routines may be disrupted.

Our staff is also working hard to keep our members connected to the Y from a distance. We will be adding healthy living tips, youth & family acitivies, & more so stay tuned!

We look forward to the day when this difficult time is behind us. For now, though, we ask that you bear with us as we do our part to ensure your safety. Please pray for our YMCA community, as well as our community at large, and do all you can to keep yourself and those you love safe and healthy.
