A dynamic combination of land and water exercise. Your instructor will guide you through an array of poly-metric,
interval, shallow and deep water workouts. This intensive training will challenge your endurance, power, coordination
and core strength. Bring a large towel.

Spring Family Dance – Once Upon a Time at the Y…. Father/Daughter, Mother/Son or bring the whole family! Come dressed as your favorite storybook character and be ready to dance the night away! $30 per couple or $50 per family Register Now!
Special Olympics Regional Swim Meet
The Twin Rivers YMCA collaborates with the Craven County Special Olympics. over 100 athletes from Craven, Jones, and surrounding counties compete in qualifying events. For more information contact Susan Decker at 252 638 8799 #228 or the Craven County Recreation Department.
Youth and Government
Ages: 9th-12th grade
Here at the Y, we believe in the potential of each student to change the world. This program gives them the tools to understand and participate in government and fulfill their potential. Students prepare, argue and pass bills and legislature in a mock government. Currently, Youth and Government is only offered to Epiphany School students as a club activity.
3rd & 4th Grade Water Safety Program
In collaboration with Craven County Schools, 4th Graders in the Spring and 3rd Graders in the Fall learn lifesaving lifelong skills such as wearing a PFD, swim instruction, general water safety instruction.
Over 1000 children served annually and supported by the Twin Rivers YMCA Annual Scholarship Support Program.
4th Grade Water Safety
Begins February 26, 2015 and runs through March 20 , 2015
During this program we will have two lap lanes available for adults to swim.
