Aqua Aerobics
Low Impact and Senior Programs
Helping You Live Better
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, are looking to relieve arthritis pain, or just want to connect and have fun with your peers, these programs are a perfect place to start. Water-assisted exercise in our pools provides natural resistance, reduces stress on your joints, and can improve your balance, flexibility and mood. Water is an extremely friendly environment for individuals with back, knee, and shoulder problems or with any condition that requires low impact exercise. Enjoy our beautiful pool with a comfortable water temperature around 86 degrees. Stay in shape, learn new exercise techniques and meet new people. Water exercise classes are open to youth 16 years of age and adults, and are free with membership. Registration is required on monthly bases.
Tips:
Proper attire is a bathing suit.
